We want you to love your 3XY gear — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
 

Change of Mind

As we produce small-batch, limited-run merch, we currently don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
Please choose sizes and colours carefully.
 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll replace it or organise a refund.

We’ll ask for:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue
   

Exchanges

Because stock is produced in limited quantities, exchanges may not always be possible.
If the size you need is in stock, we’re happy to swap it — you’ll just need to cover the return postage.
