These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We do our best to display product details, images, colours and sizing accurately.
All items are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel orders if stock runs out.

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.
The price you see at checkout is the final price, excluding any applicable shipping costs.

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirms we’ve received your order — not that it’s been accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to:

• stock issues

• payment problems

• suspected fraud

• incorrect pricing or product information

If your order is cancelled, you’ll be refunded in full.

We ship Australia-wide (and internationally if enabled).
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays or high-volume periods.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed items once they have been handed to the courier.

We accept returns for faulty or damaged items only.
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• photos of the product

We do not accept returns for:

• change of mind

• incorrect sizing

• normal wear and tear

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Because most of our items are limited-edition drops, exchanges are not guaranteed. If the item is sold out, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order and improve your experience.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3XY Merch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
